Peaceful place, lots of bindi in summer months.

I parked here for Lyrebird Track walk at the end of park. Lots of parking, open green grass, picnic tables, ramps for boats, great views.

Nice place for a BBQ and some walks. Close enough to the city but feel like you've escaped the city somewhat.

Great park! But can't use charcoal BBQ and there is no rubbish bins anywhere!

The grass was half way up our shins this Easter 2017 which made it uncomfortable for sitting or walking. For $8 to park out in the open you would expect the place to be maintained. We saw the National Parks Officers checking parking ticket validity. Also, there are no bins so expect to take your rubbish home with you.
